Barton Staffing pre-screens all applicants through a 5-Step Employment Verification process which includes a complete application process, interview, drug screening, job-related skills testing and three verifiable work history references. Our employee I-9 records are managed through HireRight, an E-Verify designated agent. We can also conduct a nation-wide criminal background check.
