Industries: Broad manufacturing industry experience including: defense, aerospace, sensors, semiconductor.
Skills: Bilingual Spanish/English, preventative/predictive/reactive maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical skills, build and install new equipment/machinery, 480v and lower electrical knowledge, collaboration with engineering, process monitoring, writes process documents, vendor relationship management, parts research/ordering/inventory, focused on budget/accounting for maintenance, EPA knowledge, soldering, plumbing and has own tools!
Characteristics: Analytical thinker, problem solver, positive can-do attitude, motivated to achieve, self-directed, collaborative with team members and management, knows when to get vendor help, strong communication skills, self sufficient, organized, and has a time management approach.
Certifications: Vendor certified on key equipment, forklift certified, scissors-lift certified, diagnostics certified.
