Jason Barton has worked in the staffing industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Barton Staffing in 2010, Jason spent 10 years as a dedicated and respected retail pharmacist, serving several local Fox Valley communities. Jason took over the role of President of Barton Staffing and Barton Profession Placement Group in 2016. Under his leadership, the company has shown a decade of steady growth. He oversees the daily operations of the business with his sister, Michelle (Barton) Nawa, and cousin, Jeff Barton. Jason has both a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctorate (PharmD) degree from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
Jeff Barton has over 17 years of staffing operations experience, and was mentored by his father, William Barton, original co-owner of Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. Building a strong foundation of accurate operational processes, he successfully leads the company with his cousins, Michelle and Jason. Jeff oversees internal operations such as payroll, invoicing, and general banking and accounting processes. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Michelle Nawa has over 18 years of staffing and sales experience and was mentored by her father, George Barton, founder of Barton Staffing. Joining Barton Staffing in the company's beginning stages, Michelle has worked to help build a strong culture of teamwork and customer service. She successfully leads the company with her brother, Jason and cousin, Jeff. Michelle oversees the Sales team at Barton Staffing and Barton Professional Placement Group and assists with Marketing initiatives. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Minor in Public Relations from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
